THE TECHNICAL EXHIBITION

MITIL's technical exhibition is intended exclusively for companies which are particularly involved and active in equipment, services or new technologies of audiovisual communications tailored to meet the specific needs of independent and local broadcasters or producers.

In keeping with the slogan "Low Power, High Energy" there will be no Award for the most spectacular booth. The exhibitors are encouraged to put the emphasis on a sober stand design but make sure they have the multilingual and skilled staff to take the time to attend to the many International visitors with high targeted expectations.

A Law Centre will, in addition, be available where participants can obtain on the spot free expert advice on matters and issues relative to the circulation of TV programmes (how to negotiate, the questions you should be aware of, how to draw up a contract, copyright issues, etc.) Hosted by Mr. Gérard Bigle, Lawyer, Paris, and Prof. Arnold Vahrenwald, Münich.

>> NEW (part II)! A Media Facilities Design Centre at MITIL:
The shape of media facilities is undergoing tremendous change. As conference participants apply what they have learned at MITIL, it will change their workplaces.
MITIL will have a Media Facilities Design Centre available to conference participants for free consultations to get you started in the right direction. The Centre will be hosted by Meridian Design Associates, Architects, a leader in the design of the media workplace, with offices in the US and Europe.
