• TV: On Saturday, June 15, the third full-day Workshop, of a creative nature, Which Demands Your Active Participation, entitled "What is Harder to Find - Money or Ideas?" For the first time in the West, the most avant-garde TV professionals in the Balkans - the B92 Radio and TV Stations, and the ANEM Group, a network of local TV stations in Yugoslavia, will lead this workshop.

The MITIL Conference Programme of MITIL 02 has again, this year, not failed to apply the objectives of its mission, namely, to provide a networking platform for independent and local broadcasters, active in both Television and Radio, as well as independent producers and programme makers.

At MITIL 02, there are TWO DISTINCT STREAMS, one Television, one Radio, each with its own conference sessions, panel discussions, seminars and top-level speakers.

The Main Themes of MITIL 02 are:
- Creative Production and Content Distribution
- Financial Resources for Broadcasters
- Case Studies and Networking Experiences

A special Round Table (June 12th.) is dedicated to the new channels offered to broadcasters and several panelists will try to develop a wide range of related topics (legal aspects, technical issues, ethical questions).

Case Studies of particular local broadcasters and independent producers cover subjects ranging from Equal Opportunities for women in radio in Europe, making EU coverage easier for local broadcasters to Radio Syndication and the Community Multimedia Centers experiences in the USA.

And, at the Exhibition Hall, you will also be able, not only to find some very interesting exhibitors, but also a free LAW CENTRE giving advice in relation to legal aspects for programme distribution; in addition, a free DESIGN CENTRE, to help you choose the right direction when building a studio.
